To prefer this Memorandum of Grounds of Second Appeal against the judgment and Decree dated 03.03.2018 passed in A.S.No.6 of 2015 on the file of the Sub Court, Paramakudi, conforming the Judgment and Decree dated 19.12.2014 passed in O.S.No.83 of 2006 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Paramakudi.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.KULANTHAI VIKRAM, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The petition is filed to condone the delay of 508 days in representing the second appeal in S.A.(MD)No.SR43993 of 2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.M.P.(MD)No.3318 of 2020 2.Though the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory, an opportunity for the petitioner is to be given. Hence, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the credit of the "District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRI, Periyakulam" (payable in Account No.10767823177, SBI, Periyakulam), on or before 30.06.2020. Failing which, this petition stands automatically dismissed.
