P RAYER:

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 6 herein to remove the encroachment made by respondents 7 to 10 by blocking the common public street maintained by the 4 to 6 respondents Panchayat situated in Survey No.87/3 and 92/11 named as A.R.S. Nagar, Vallam Village, Sumaitheernthapuram Panchayat, Senkottah Taluk, Thenkasi District in the light of the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2021 within a stipulated time as that may be fixed by this Court.

************ [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.A.Saravanan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Shanmugaselvam, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 & 6. 2.By way of this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks for a direction to remove the encroachment made by respondents 7 to 10 in Survey Nos.87/3 and 92/11, A.R.S. Nagar, Vallam Village, Sumaitheernthapuram Panchayat, Senkottah Taluk, Thenkasi District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2021. 3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents that the encroachment which has been made by the respondents 7 to 10 has been removed yesterday [ie., 08.04.2021].

To the said effect, a copy of the written communication has been produced by the learned Additional Government Pleader. The said communication sent by the Special Officer, Sumaithernthapuram Village Panchayat / Block Development Officer (V.P), Tenkasi, is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of by issuing a direction the respondents 4 to 6 to ensure that in future, there should be no encroachment.
