ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 3 to 6 herein, to give adequate police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members in order to offer sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli in Cr.No.16 of 2020, dated 26.12.2020 and Cr.No.3 of 2021, dated 01.02.2021, on the file of the District Crime Branch, Tirunelveli.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that sureties had been offered before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli. 3.Recording the same, the criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
