ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the Juvenile Justice Board, Madurai to consider the bail application of the petitioners in Crime No.182 of 2016 and pass orders on the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that there are totally four accused in this case and the accused Nos.1 and 2 were already granted anticipatory bail and the petitioners, who are minors, are arrayed as accused Nos.3 and 4 and they have no bad antecedents.

4.In view of the above submission, the learned Juvenile Justice Board, Madurai, is directed to consider the bail application filed by the petitioners in Crime No.182 of 2016 on the file of the respondent Police and pass orders on the same in accordance with law and this Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
