ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner herein in the guise of enquiry pursuant to the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.07.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioner to the Police Station and harassed her under the guise of enquiry. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner was called only for enquiry in respect of a petition pending against them on the complaint given by Jerold Pio and that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner. However, he gave an undertaking that if at all the presence of the petitioner is required, the respondents would call https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner for enquiry only after issuing summons giving specific date, time and place.

5.Recording the above undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
