The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that this writ petition was filed when the suit was pending in O.S.No.44 of 2021 on the file of the 2nd Additional District Judge, Thoothukudi. The learned counsel for the petitioner further states that the suit has since been compromised in view of the subsequent development. He states that no further order is required in this writ petition.
