To extend the time for complying the order dated 19.01.2026 made in WP(MD) No.733 of 2026, on the file of this Honble court in the interest of justice and thus render justice.

ORDER

This order was passed directing the petitioner to deposit 10% of the disputed tax amount within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of web copy of the order. The order was passed on 09.01.2026 and the copy of the order seems to have been received on 23.01.2026, as such four weeks time is expired on 23.02.2026. Even now, the application is made for extension of time to comply with the order. After filing the application not even the learned counsel for the petitioner is present. Therefore, in order to give one last opportunity, the time is extended till 30.03.2026. If the amount of 10% is not paid on or before 30.03.2026, without any further reference to this court, the interim order is automatically vacated and it will be open for the respondents to take further steps in the manner known to. 23-03-2026 Ns To
