------------------------------- I am to invite your kind attention to the High Court's order cited above, wherein it has been directed as follows:- When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.1 of 2019 referred by the parties was already disposed of vide order dated 09.03.2022. 2.But the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed E. Court Status report, wherein, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.1 of 2019 is pending and stands posted to 20.06.2022. Hence, the Registry is directed to call for a report from the concerned Court as to whether the case was disposed of or is pending as of now. 3.Post the matter on 10.06.2022.

Hence, In this connection, you namely the THE III ADDITIONAL SUB JUDGE, MADURAI is hereby required to submit your report as stated supra, to this Registry on or before 09/06/2022 as the matter stands posted on 10/06/2022.
