ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.2941 of 2025, dated 17.02.2025.

2. Mr.R.J.Karthick, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for 1/3

relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly without any violation.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the condition No.6(vii) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.2941 of 2025, dated 17.02.2025 is modified that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. The other conditions shall hold good. sd/- 14.03.2025 / TRUE COPY / /03/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
