ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner / sole accused, who was arrested on 29.07.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 323, 498(A) IPC @ 323, 498(A) and 306 IPC in Crime No.456 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner married the deceased and they were blessed with a male child. Due to some dispute between them, the deceased poured kerosene on herself and committed suicide.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner is in custody for more than 50 days. He further submitted that in the first dying declaration, the petitioner's wife has informed about the harassment at the hands of the relatives of the petitioner, while in the second dying declaration, an implication stands made against the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m.for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required.
