DECREE : This Second Appeal coming on for hearing Tuesday, the fourteenth day of August Two Thousand and eighteen, upon perusing the Grounds of Petition, the Judgmenta and Decrees of the additional Subordinate court, Dindigul and that of the Principal District Munsif, Dindigul and the material papers in the Appeal, and upon hearing the arguments of MR.G.GOMATHI SANKAR, Advocate for the Appellant and of MR.A.HARIHARAN, Advocate for the Respondent, this case having stood over for consideration till this day, while dismissing this Appeal, doth order and decree as follows:-

1. That the judgment and decree dated 28.06.2011 made in A.S.No.204 of 2007 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Dindigul confirming the judgment and decree dated 21.04.2007 made in O.S.No.135 of 2006 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Dindigul be and hereby are confirmed and the Second Appeal is dismissed; and

2. That there be and hereby no order as to costs in this Second Appeal.
