ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A3 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 379 IPC in Crime No. 436 of 2017, on the file of the respondent Police seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is having one previous case in Crime No.419 of 2017, for the offence under Section 302 IPC.

inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
