This petition has been filed under Section 439(1)(b) Cr.P.C., praying to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No.5018 of 2016 dated 12.09.2016 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, (In-charge), Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in compliance of the direction issued by the court below while granting bail, the petitioner has appeared before the respondent police daily twice and thereafter, while modifying the condition, the court below has ordered to appear at daily 6.00 p.m until further order. Since the petitioner is employed at Chennai, he seeks modification of condition.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to modify the condition. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above modification.
