2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that as per direction of this Court, the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Thanjavur registered FIR in Cr.No.16 of 2022 and it is pending for investigation.

3.Recording the above said submission, this contempt petition is closed.
