This Criminal Original Petition has been preferred to conduct preliminary enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.03.2017 and take necessary action in accordance with law and complete the enquiry.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents/State.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.03.2017, petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 18.04.2017 and a copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
