This petition is filed seeking for police protection to the petitioner and his family members, by considering his representation dated 06.09.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the petition enquiry is pending and on summons, the petitioner shall approach the second respondent police with necessary documents and the second respondent police will give protection only to the life and limb of the petitioner and their family members.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The second respondent shall take action on the representation of the petitioner dated 06.09.2016 on merits and in accordance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
