Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay the petitioner the difference in his terminal benefits namely Gratuity and Encashment of Leave, after revising the same, based on the scale of pay payable to him to the month of his retirement, as admitted by the Respondent in the RTI information dated 23.07.21, together with 18 percent interest per annum, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Honble Court and thus render justice.

ORDER : This Sub Application Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJA, Advocate for the Petitioner/Contemnor and of Mr.S.ARUNACHALAM, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent/Petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Petition is ordered and the appearance of the contemnor is dispensed with for the present.
