This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.22361 of 2024, dated 23.01.2025.

2. Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was unable to arrange surety and hence, he was unable to surrender. Hence, he prays to grant further time to surrender and execute the sureties.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.
