Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 407 of Cr.P.C., to Transfer the case in SC.No. 41 of 2016 on the file of the Hon'ble Assistant Sessions Court, Ambasamuthiram, Tirunelveli District to any court of competent jurisdiction in Madurai District. ORDER : This Petitin coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and the requisition letter submitted by the Assistant Sessions Judge, Ambasamudram, vide D.No.416/2019 dated 02.03.2019, this Court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.41 of 2016. 2.This Court has already allowed the Criminal Original Petition by order dated 09.10.2018 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in S.C.No.41 of 2016 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
