Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to pay the amount Rs.1,34,231/-, which was deducted from out of the contribution made by the petitioner to the employees Provident fund, which is in violation of section 78(2)(c) of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act.

This petition is filed to grant leave to the petitioner to proceed against the first respondent also and punish him willful disobedience of the order passed in WP(MD)No.4473 of 2012 dated 22.04.2014.

3. As per the order of this Court dated 22.04.2014, passed in WP(MD) No.4473 of 2012, no direction was issued to the first respondent to pay the amounts. Therefore, no merits in this application. Hence, the same is dismissed.
