Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd Respondent herein to take action on the petitioner's complaint, which is taken on file in G4/2173/168/2022 and investigate the same by following due procedure and for other reliefs.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the third respondent herein to take action on the petitioner's complaint, which is taken on file in G4/2173/168/2022 and investigate the same by following due procedure and for other reliefs.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that enquiry is still pending in current paper.

W.P(MD).No.6385 of 2022 3.In view of the above submission, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and counter party if any, conduct enquiry and after giving opportunity of hearing the petitioner and counter party, dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 4.With the said direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
