ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.760 of 2023, dated 31.08.2023 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent Police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu, by way of e-filing in No.LTN20220002266C202400517, on 08.07.2024. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Trial Court is directed to take the Final Report on file forthwith. Consequently, the connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
