This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner, dated 08.08.2016 against the proposed accused and proceed the same as per law within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
