ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that at the time of filing this petition, no FIR had been registered. Subsequently, after numbering of the petition, an FIR was registered in Crime No. 3 of 2026. Therefore, the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to dismiss this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition by mentioning the FIR in Crime No.3 of 2026.

2. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition by mentioning the FIR in Crime No.3 of 2026.
