O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking for police protection to the petitioner and his family members, by considering his representation dated 12.09.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the petition enquiry is pending and on summons, the petitioner shall approach the third respondent police with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ necessary documents and the third respondent police will give

protection only to the life and limb of the petitioner and their family members.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The third respondent shall take action on the representation of the petitioner dated 12.09.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and also to give police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members.
