ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass him under the guise of enquiry on the false complaint foisted by the 3rd respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Addition Public Prosector, on instructions, submitted that a case was registered in Crime No.11 of 2020 on the file of the Lalgudi Police Station, as against the petitioner, for the offence under Sections 417, 420 IPC altered into Section 376 IPC.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner know to law.
