Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 406, 420, 120(b) of IPC and Section 5 of TNPID Act, in Crime No.1 of 2016 and seek anticipatory bail.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners along with other accused had illegally collected money from various persons in the name of Rajakamangalam Benefit Fund Limited and failed to make repayment to the depositors, the present complaint has been given against them. He would submit that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and their names have been falsely implicated in this case.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the total value involved in the crime is about 1.8 Crores and that as such the properties which have been attached is more than the total amount due.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that the case pertains to money transaction, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
5.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Special Court for (TANPID CASES), Madurai or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
