No. 67 of 2019 on the file of the Learned Principal District Court, Tiruchirappalli ORDER: This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 12.03.2020 and the requisition letter of the II Additional District Judge,Tiruchirappalli, vide letter in D.No.448 dated 18.09.2020 and upon hearings the arguments of Mr.S.Sitharthan,Advocate,for Petitioner and of Mr.D.Selvanayagam, Advocate for the respondent,this Court made the following order :- This Court by order, dated 12.03.2020, directed the learned II Additional District Judge, Tiruchirapalli, to dispose of the case in O.S.No.211 of 2016 (renumbered as O.S.No.100 of 2020) within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
2.Now, the learned Judge has requested further time of six months to dispose of the above said case.
3.Since the request of the learned Judge is reasonable, this Court grants six months time from today to comply with the order of this Court, dated 12.03.2020.
