Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 01/03/2013 to include the petitioners name in C list Sub Inspector of Police fit for promotion as Reserve Inspector declared by the 1st respondent in R.C.NO. 51080/NGB.I(1)/2012, dated 19//11/2012 and to treat the petitioner as a permanent Sub Inspector with effect from 2006 as per. G.O.No. 1055 dated 01/11/2006.
