ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to not to harass the petitioner except due process of law.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the second respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police submits that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant against the petitioner, petition enquiry was closed. The same is recorded.

4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the second respondent shall not call the petitioner, in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
