2.The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submitted that the parties have amicably settled their issue. Hence he prays to quash the FIR and the charge sheet.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that it is a dispute between the political parties and the public properties were damaged.

antecedent of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to entertain these petitions. Accordingly, these criminal original petitions are dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to workout their remedy before the trial Court.
