O R D E R
Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the FIR, this Court is of the view that this is not a fit case to transfer the investigation from the file of the Inspector of Police, Thuckalay Police Station to any other agency. However, the Additional Superintendent of Police, Thuckalay Sub Division is directed to monitor the investigation in Cr.No.581 of 2016 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thuckalay Police Station and take action in accordance with law.
2.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with the above observation.
