This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and her family members by considering her representation, dated 10.04.2017.

2. Today, Ms.N.Gajalakshmi, Women Police Constable 689 All Women Police Station, Aranthangi, Pudukottai District is present before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by one Vijayalakshmi, in CSR No.65 of 2017 petition enquiry has been conducted for which the petitioner was called to the police station for enquiry and immediately the petitioner filed the present petition for not to harass her.

5. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police and co-operate with the enquiry, failing which the second respondent police is directed to close the complaint CSR No.65 of 2017.
