2.Today(25.07.2024), when this Criminal Original Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submits that pending this petition, LWs 1 to 8 have been examined and two more witnesses have to be examined.

3.Considering this development, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur, to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
