Respondents Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to cancel the illegally registered document in 1510/1980, dated 10.06.1980 and consequently direct the respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4 to cancel the erroneously issued Patta No.2963 to the one Annakodi for Survey No.96/1A in Usilampatti Village, Usilampatti, Madurai District and issued the fresh patta on the petitioner's Name for the aforesaid survey number on the petitioner's representation dated 04.01.2021.

ORDER

The petitioner has sought for multiple reliefs by filing a single Writ Petition. When this was pointed out to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel submitted that he shall be permitted to withdraw this Writ Petition and file a fresh Writ Petition on the same cause of action by seeking for appropriate relief. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. The permission sought for by the petitioner is granted.

3. In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
