ORDER
The petitioner has sought for multiple reliefs by filing a single Writ Petition. When this was pointed out to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel submitted that he shall be permitted to withdraw this Writ Petition and file a fresh Writ Petition on the same cause of action by seeking for appropriate relief. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. The permission sought for by the petitioner is granted.
3. In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
