This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.08.2016 in accordance with law. 2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.300 of 2016 under Sections 147, 324 and 506 (i) IPC by the second respondent Police.
