The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had filed this Petition seeking direction against the Respondent Police to complete the investigation and lay final report in Cr.No.381 of 2019. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions of the Respondent Police submitted that investigation has been completed and final report had been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned in R.C.S.No.65 of 2020, as mistake of fact.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed. The Petitioner is directed to approach the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned and file appropriate Petition regarding the final report filed by the Respondent Police.
