ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the accused in Crime No.789 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police seeking to quash the FIR, wherein he is alleged to have committed offences punishable under Sections 196(A) (1) (a), 299, 302 & 352 of BNS, 2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the charge sheet had been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, on 11.02.2026.
