O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to give adequate Police Protection to the petitioner's life and limb on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 08.02.2017.

2. Today, Mr.S.Swamidoss, Sub-Inspector of Police, Nazareth Police Station, Tuticorin District, is present before this Court.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2.

4.It is seen that on the complaint given by the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

seeking police protection on the ground that one Anthoni, the third respondent herein causing disturbance to the petitioner, the respondent police conducted enquiry by calling both the parties and closed the same on 04.03.2017 advised them to approach the Civil forum to work out their remedy. The learned counsel for the petitioner received a copy of the closure report across the bar.

5. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
