The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation in Cr.No.40 of 2023 and to file the final report, within a time frame. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that it is a case of online fraud and case was registered only in the month of November, 2023 and they have to collect materials.
