Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the orders passed by the first respondent in G.O.Ms.No.31 and 30, respectively, dated 26.02.2020 and quash the same. By the said order, the first respondent has temporarily suspended the petitioner from the Hereditary Trusteeship.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Counsel for the petitioner filed a memo and submitted that the petitioner died on 15.05.2023. Since, by virtue of G.O.Ms.No.31, dated 26.02.2020, action was taken as against the petitioner / an individual and he is also no more, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. 3.Recording this memo filed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, WP(MD)No.6534 of 2020 is closed, as the impugned order itself is abated.

4.The writ petition in WP(MD)No.6535 of 2020 is filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent / Secretary in G.O.Ms.No.30, Tourism, Culture and Endowments Department, dated 26.02.2020. By the said order, the first respondent has appointed the fifth respondent as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for a period of two year. 3/6

5.Since the period of two years itself is over and the petitioner is also no more, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition as well. Accordingly, WP(MD)No.6535 of 2020 is also closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
