These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 210 days in reprsenting the above Writ Appeals.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, however, on payment of costs.
4.Accordingly, these petitions are allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.1000/- (Rupees Thousand only) each to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench forthwith on receipt of a copy of this order, failing which these petitions will be dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
