ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner/A4, who was arrested on 13.09.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 323, 307 IPC and Section 27(1) of Arms Act, 1959 in Crime No.419 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity accused attacked the de facto complainant and caused injuries.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the injured has been discharged from the hospital.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner has been in custody from 13.09.2016, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on her executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required. sd/- 23/09/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
