ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, to issue appropriate direction, directing the respondent No.2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limps of the petitioner for surveying his land in Survey No. 76/1i, 76/1m with extend about 15 cents which is situated at Sebasthiyarpalayam, Bugaiyilaipatti, Madur Post, Dindigul District.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that before the Revenue Authority concerned, the petitioner has filed a petition for surveying the above said land and the respondents 3 to 6 are objecting to survey the land. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6446 of 2022 3.Considering the above, if any Surveyor engaged by the Revenue Authority finds hindrance, while surveying the land, the Surveyor can very well seek police protection before the concerned jurisdictional police. On such request, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and respondents 3 to 6, conduct enquiry and pass order in accordance with law. 4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
