This Writ Petition is filed for issue of a Writ of Mandamus to direct respondents 1 to 3 to conduct enquiry and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2022.

2. Considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition viz., to direct respondents 1 to 3 to conduct an enquiry and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2022, and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Waqf has no objection to the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of with directions to the second respondent, who is the competent authority to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.06.2022, issue notice to both the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent, afford an opportunity of personal hearing to both and pass

orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
