ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to provide adequate police protection for the petitioner's life and limb for running in her hotel business in shop No.36E situated in Re.Sy.No.829/16 (Old Sy No.689/2) of Padalaiyar Kulam Village, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District inview of the order in O.S.No.14 of 2014 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Nanguneri.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the main petition itself was already closed in this case and therefore nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. 2/4

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) that the main petition itself was closed, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However the petitioner is at liberty to approach the respondents 2 to 4 if any criminal activities done by the private respondents on specific complaint.
