ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 19.09.2024, made in W.P.(MD)No.22200 of 2024, wherein this Court has directed the transport Corporation to release eligible benefits to the writ petitioner arising out of 14th wage settlement. 2.The respondent transport Corporation has passed an order on 24.03.2025, indicating that the eligible amount has been released to the writ petitioner. However, it is the grievance of the writ petitioner that the entire amount has not been released. In case, there is any dispute with regard to the eligible amount, it is for the petitioner to work out his remedy by challenging the order dated 24.03.2025, if he is so advised. 3.Recording the same, this contempt petition stands closed. 24.04.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No RJR 2/4
