WP(MD)NO.7922 OF 2006: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the Order passed by the Ist respondent/Labour Court, Madurai in C.P.No.106 of 1997 dated 22/06/2006 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to pay the petitioner's a total sum of Rs.2,47,000/- with interest.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.ARAVINDAN, Advocate for the petitioner the Court made the following order:- The delay in representing the Contempt Petition is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) payable to the Chief Justice Relief Fund to be forwarded to the persons who affected in Nepal Earthquake Tragedy. The said amount shall be paid within a period of three weeks from today.
