The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent police has not acted upon his complaint and filed this petition seeking a direction to the first respondent herein to comply with the order dated 27.09.2023 made in Cr.MP No.7486 of 2023, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni and register an FIR.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner was the complainant and his complaint was duly enquired and the same was closed as civil in nature. 3.The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the closure report, enabling the petitioner to work out his remedy before the concerned Judicial Magistrate by filing a private complaint. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
