The petitioners, who are the accused in Crime No.274 of 2023, have approached this Court seeking a direction to the first respondent police to file the final report within a stipulated time frame as may be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram on 03.06.2023. However, the same has not been taken on file.
